My case was in Nebraska and was transferred to National Benefit Center on lee Missoury the only answer i got is, it was transferred to speed up your process but i know and i have read that missouri only is a hub to local field offices, my lawyers does not know the answer some say it will be transferred to local office for an interview, My God Miami is so full and bad treatment from officer, i do not even want to think about it. If anyone has any input i will appreciate that.

My PD is Jan04 for EB3 India and its severely retrogressed. I wasn't available for EB2 filing at that time.
Now my current employer can not file my GC in EB2 and use the same Priority date as all the experience is in the current company.
Now if I change employers and new employer files my GC in EB2, can my same priority date be used for the new GC? My I140 is approved and I485 was filed in July 07.
Can there be any problems if I go this route, can my current employer revoke my I140 before my I140 is filed for new EB2 GC? Or is it a safe bet to go this route and get GC faster because if my same PD is kept in EB2 it will be current as soon as I140 is filed.
Please let me know your opinion.

Hopefully, recapture of unused visas, increase of GC quota for EB category, maybe STEM US masters GC exemption, removal of country limit, removal of GC Lottery and using that for the EB categories etc etc etc.

Is it required for intitial evidence.
My attorney did not even ask for it.
As far as i have read in the forumns earlier, it is not an intital evidence.
Can some one clarify on this?
Unless you are self sponsering, you need not have to file I-864. It is only if you are self employed then for sponsoring someone you need to file I864. FP peopple cannot help. it is good to send all the documents again... might be it will help yours to get processed faster

I found below information from treasury website, will try to call today. However some ppl reported earlier (2006) that they received such checks and had no luck getting it verified from bank or calling 1-800 number for verification.

Look for postings on indeed.com...this site actually pulls data from various sites...you might also have contacts of the recruiters in the postings sometimes.
Also there is Monster,Corp-Corp.com,Dice, Hotjobs,Net-temps. You can look up the recruiter info from the postings and call them to see if they have any openings.

I think we're carrying this too far... in some instances if there's sufficient ground to record, and you've informed the other party that the conversation may/will be recorded, it may be OK. In either case, don't brood too much on the admissibility of such recordings as evidence. Many a times the mere fact that you've stated you'll record a conversation may beget a completely different response from a person on the other end.
Also check your local/state laws.

The meaning of retroactive means - once the case gets reopened after MTR or AAO then your unlawful presence counter will revert back to "zero" - folks correct me if my interpretation is wrong

In my opinion, the difficulties in mantaining H1-B status and Employment ineligibility of H4 are really kind of too much to bear for long. Those in that status for a year or two start feeling quite frustrated and their support for immigration reform is quite emotional and from the bottom of the heart. That frustration was the true origin of IV in my opinion. Once one reaches I485 adjustee status, the frustration is much less for majority of the people due to AC21 (one true reform) and their support becomes less emotional and more mature, moral and social in nature. And the participation in forum also goes down with reduced frustration. In another one/two years a lot of H1-B people will understand the issues of H1-B and join this forum and IV may become what it used to be before. That is, if the ability to file for I-485, is not administratively resolved by then.

In California, an H4 is considered as resident (tuition fee's classification), as long as you have been staying in California for over a year (H1 pays tax).
Definitely you should check with the school, maybe you have already considered as resident.

By July 21st you have completed 90 days of filing EAD.on 22nd or 23rd July you should have taken Infopass and gone to local USCIS to expedite the EAD processing.Again on 1st Aug or 2nd Aug you should have taken Infopass and gone to local USCIS to expedite the EAD processing , and should have written a letter to Senator.

Voice recording without consent is ILLEGAL. Here is what I was suggested by experienced people. This is in general, not just for immigration officers:
After conversation take a clean paper. Write down everything you remember. Try to be as accurate as possible, date the paper, and sign it.
Although this paper is not a 100% evidence, but can play important role in the future.
